As Japan Football Association (JFA) is closely related and well informed about BFF's activities, they came forward to assist BFF to organize Under 16 Football Championship. Later on this tournament named as “JFA under 16 Football Tournament” as Japan Football Association (JFA) is the sponsor of this tournament. The Champion of JFA Cup-2004 was Narshindi District.
